We knew from our first visit to El Balcon that it was the right place for our wedding. It has a romantic, authentic feel, with character and wonderful views. Whenever we needed something or had a question, manager Sunsi quickly came back with options and solutions. Our family and guests came from all over the world and left with lovely memories. For us, the day was unforgettable. Muchas gracias Balcon and team for making our dream come true.

The location is about as wonderful as you could find, and the service is excellent. Last week we held a nice meeting at Balcony del mar with our representatives in Europe. The people who run the House are kind and friendly, and they pay attention to all the details.

I left feeling awful, in tears even. My future husband and I had traveled to see the venue, but after we arrived, Susi kept us waiting outside for an hour. I’d called at 12:00 and got no answer, and our meeting was set for 12:30. Between the journey and the wait, we lost two hours, and we were freezing. An hour later she called to say she’d been busy with a decorator. I’m looking for a place for the most important day of my life, my wedding, and I felt completely ignored. Maybe that sounds exaggerated, but this service was terrible, and being treated this way from the start doesn’t give me confidence about celebrating there. It’s a shame. To be clear, I’m not criticizing the venue itself, since I never got the chance to see it.

From the roof terrace and sea-facing balcony to the living room and the room filled with ship models, there are some wonderful corners to discover. It’s a spectacular palace, much more than just a typical big house. I’d happily recommend it for a holiday stay or an event. See you soon!
