We had a confirmed booking, but a fire broke out in a nearby village about a 15-minute drive away a few days before we were due to arrive. Since it affected our safety and peace of mind, we responsibly chose not to travel. The fire itself wasn't the owner's fault. What disappointed us was the complete lack of understanding or flexibility afterward. They offered no other dates or partial refund and simply kept the money, despite the exceptional and unforeseen circumstances. We feel professionalism matters in situations like this. The response was cold, lacked empathy, and seemed entirely focused on avoiding responsibility, even though safety was at stake. I wouldn't recommend this accommodation to anyone expecting humane treatment or some flexibility in the face of a serious, unexpected situation.

We had a great stay in the large house, which felt like home and had all the comforts. There's a dairy farm right next door, and you can even buy freshly milked milk. Meli, the hostess, is a delight.

For anyone who likes hiking, motorcycling, or cycling, it's a perfect base, with trails, paths, viewpoints, and river sources all around. The surroundings are an incredible green oasis, and it's very peaceful, with only the sounds of nature. Our car had its own parking space. Everything was clean, in place, and had all the amenities. We had an issue during our stay, but a very pleasant woman sorted it out immediately.

The photos show the house accurately, and everything was perfect for us. It's a beautiful, peaceful country house with what you need for a comfortable stay of several days. Our host, Meli, was delightful, very friendly, and always there to answer questions.

The owner's attention really made the stay special. She kept checking whether we needed anything and was ready to help at any time. The house itself is charming, with breathtaking views of the rural surroundings, and every corner is so carefully looked after that we felt at home as soon as we arrived. We had a fantastic weekend in Quintana, in the beautiful Asón Valley. I'd wholeheartedly recommend it for a peaceful getaway in this lovely natural setting. We'll definitely be back.
