The breakfast guy was especially wonderful, and the rest of the stay was great too. Just know the hotel sits up in the mountains, so it's best if you're after a quiet break. Our room was on the first floor, and the couple above us were pretty noisy late at night, moving furniture around and using the jacuzzi with the sound turned up. I gave service four stars because there was no lunch or dinner available.

After cycling all day, I had nothing with me for dinner. The staff kindly helped out with sandwiches and cakes, which I really appreciated. The place also has a lovely view over the river and bridge, and the staff were so accommodating. Thank you so much :)

The setting is beautiful, and reception were friendly and helpful. But if you're travelling on foot or by bike, the lack of a restaurant and anywhere nearby to eat makes the setup difficult.

The cleaning staff were so friendly that they earned the place its fifth star from me. Otherwise, I would've given it a 4+. It's a laid-back spot and very good value for the money.

The building and river views made for a lovely stay, and the attic jacuzzi was a real treat. I had a relaxing, enjoyable time, especially with the buffet. Thanks.
