Hotel Finca Ca N'ai - Bio Nature Adults Only

It costs a lot, but it’s worth every penny. The staff are easygoing and nice, the surroundings are breathtaking, and the vast grounds are very well cared for. Art by local artists appears everywhere, a thoughtful tribute that says a lot about the soul of Ca N'Ai. The rooms are huge, clean, comfortable, and beautiful, and breakfast has lots of choices. Everything felt perfect. If paradise on earth exists, it’s definitely here. What an amazing place!

As someone who’s worked in luxury hotels for many years, I can say this is now one of my favourite properties ever. It feels authentic and absolutely stunning, with the kindest team. Special thanks to Lucia, Ines, and Bruno. It has the feeling of a hidden gem while still being close to so much. We walked to the port many times, or you can take the free shuttle. The breakfast was delicious, the pool beautiful, and our room spacious and comfortable. The whole place feels serene. I can’t say enough good things. We’ll be back!

Please beware. We found the place filthy and unsafe, with beds covered in ants and rodents everywhere. The service attendant told us they’d had problems with several guests, but the property didn’t care to resolve them. The rooms shown don’t seem to be real. It looks to me like they’re working with travel agencies to con travelers with fake social media posts, then failing to provide rooms or keeping credit cards. I’d avoid this place at all costs.

The pool was my favourite part. With palm trees and sunbeds at different levels, it had a distinctive, almost ancient Roman feel. It was quiet and calming, like being at a wellness retreat. We arrived early after an overnight flight and drove through the beautiful mountain sunrise to Ca N'Ai. The grounds were quiet, quaint, and stunning, with ivy around the property, ponds with turtles and fish, and palm-lined walkways. It felt like a Tuscan villa. We had breakfast, left our bags with reception, then explored Deia & Valdemossa while waiting for check-in. Breakfast was in a lovely setting overlooking the property as the sun rose, with a buffet and made-to-order crepes. The staff were kind, welcoming, and helpful, and gave us suggestions for things to do. Our room was in the back house with a few other villas, down the property by car. It was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed, sofa, TV, and a balcony overlooking the grounds. Even the shower had a window with a view of the property. Ca N'Ai will stay with us as one of our favourite places we’ve ever visited. It felt different from a regular hotel, both exclusive and welcoming, like a fairytale. We’d highly recommend staying here.
