Eden Soller Hotel

The hotel was really comfortable, and the location is excellent. We also liked the half-board meals, with plenty of choices at both breakfast and dinner. If you need parking, ask as soon as you can. There aren't many spaces, but they may be able to hold one for you.

This was our third visit in a year, and the beachfront spot is hard to beat, right across from the beach and between tram stops. The pool and rooftop bar were both excellent. We found the buffet great, and the extra £50 per person for a week of half board was good value. I'd also pay a little more for a sea view balcony room. The staff were polite and helpful. We'd definitely recommend it in beautiful Port Soller.

We slept comfortably, and the towels and bed linen were clean and white, though the headboard and under the bed were dusty. Room 417's shower leaked, and the plug was full of hair, so water ran into the bedroom. They tried to fix it and improved things, but the water still didn't drain fast enough. The rooms are functional, if a little tired looking. The location and views are stunning, and the staff were welcoming, especially at the bar.

The mirrors in the elevator were covered in finger marks, the linen felt low quality, and the rooftop bar music was awful. It was an okay hotel, but the experience left me underwhelmed. I wouldn't rate it as a four star place; it felt more like a Best Western.
