LiLi Apartments

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely view, with everything we needed provided and shops and other things close by. The location is excellent. The door codes made getting in and out really convenient. Thanks for such a nice stay, we’ll definitely return! ❤️

Everything we needed was there, and the staff were friendly. The hotel was spotless and clearly well looked after, in a perfect spot. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it!

We wouldn’t return. We booked an apartment for 4 to 6 people in the off-season, travelling as two adults, three children and a baby. A travel cot was free, as it is elsewhere, but our 4-year-old could have shared our bed and was given an extra bed already kept in the apartment for €25 a night. That came to €200 for the week, a lot for a bed taken from a closet. The apartments are expensive for their quality, especially out of season. We regularly stay in Port de Soller and have paid much less for better apartments with better service and equipment and the same or better view. We couldn’t choose a floor this time and ended up on the first, with a view of trees and too little light. The parquet was dented and loose in many places, and insects were crawling out. There was insect repellent, but not even salt. The apartment is priced like a hotel, so the quality should justify the cost. We stayed a week and the room was cleaned only once. There was no vacuum cleaner, so after days at the beach with the children we spent our time sweeping. One would have been very welcome. We got only two dishwasher tablets, two laundry tablets and two little single-use shampoo and shower gel sachets, with no refills during the week. More were for sale at reception, which felt outrageous given the nightly price. Kitchen basics were missing too, including a vegetable peeler, whisk, salt, oil, sugar, tea bags and even paper towels. There was no Nespresso machine, just a filter coffee maker, or a moka pot if requested. We were lucky to have toilet paper. The shower pressure was weak and hot water took a long time to come through. The bedding was fairly comfortable, and bath and beach towels were provided without an extra charge. The location was good, and the receptionist was very kind. The cleaning team did an excellent job the one time they came, and the apartment was generally clean. The cleaners were warm and cheerful, and always said hello in the hallway.

Everything we needed was provided, and the location was great. We had a wonderful stay. Definitely worth more than five stars, highly recommend!
