The surroundings were immaculate, and the food was amazing. The water was always a great temperature, too. The rooms are spacious, but very dated. The pillows were hard, the air conditioning was useless, and although there was a kettle and cups, no tea or coffee was provided.

Everything was clean wherever we went in the hotel, and we felt at home right away during our roughly two-week stay. The staff were amazing, professional and very friendly. We had direct beach access, and the spa area was free to use. Breakfast and dinner were included. The food was consistently good quality with a nice range of choices; drinks at dinner cost extra, but the prices were acceptable. We ate lunch at the nearby bar a couple of times, and found the pool and its prices fair as well. We'd definitely recommend staying here. Thanks to all the staff!

We were on our honeymoon, and one evening came back to find champagne, strawberries and chocolates waiting for us. Thank you! The spa was amazing, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic, with lots of choices and several coffee machines. The nearby restaurants were all great too. Our room was spacious, tidy and clean. Staff were attentive and very helpful at check-in and whenever we had questions. The pool bar staff had a poor attitude, though, and I felt at a disadvantage because I spoke English. Takeaway food from the bar would be great and could give the wait staff some relief. The elevators were painfully slow and need an upgrade.

I booked a room for two but entered one person instead of two, even though the price would have been the same. At the hotel I was charged an extra €300 under their “extra person” policy. I see this as a deceptive way to take money from guests. The staff's smug expressions, lack of empathy and refusal to discuss the practice made me think they do this regularly, perhaps even encourage it. Booking.com told me I was in the right and called the hotel's policy absurd. As what felt like a poor attempt to compensate me, the hotel moved me to a room with a sharp-edged wooden headboard that seemed hazardous and an air conditioner that didn't work properly. Stay away and book elsewhere. I felt they were trying to squeeze every cent out of me. The company's response is below, and to me it reads like insincere corporate nonsense.
