Ali made a big group feel welcome for a really happy occasion. We were 19 people from all over the world, there for an 80th birthday, and the hotel team helped everyone have a wonderful time. Gathering so many people somewhere none of us knew felt like a bit of a gamble, but Ali turned out to be such a kind person to have there. Thanks again.

Just what we wanted for a relaxing weekend. The gym was open 24 hours, breakfast was delicious, and everyone on staff was so friendly and helpful.

The noise was awful, both from rooms on our floor and from other floors. The walls seem paper thin, so you hear a lot. We also had someone working just below our window to replace the pavement, which made it impossible to rest during the day after a bad night. The location is great and the rooms were clean, but this is far from a four-star experience.

Yahaira at the bar/restaurant went out of her way to make us comfortable, and gave the stay a special feel. I was impressed by the personal care and how well my colleagues and I were treated. We had an amazing time at SM Hotel Fontanals, in a lovely hotel in a beautiful part of the world. After this experience, we’ll definitely come back.

WHOEVER decided to take up two parking spaces, shame on you!!! We were annoyed that the hotel didn’t do anything about the car parked across the lines, so we had to leave ours on the street outside the parking area. Apart from that, we were happy with the stay. The hotel is nice and well organized, and we picked it because it was affordable and close to the ski park. We paid €85 a night for a weekend at the beginning of March.
