The owners were really friendly and helpful, and happily filled us in on what was happening around the village.

The area is beautiful, and we’d recommend the place. It was very clean and looked just like the photos, though the shared bathroom was the one drawback: the shower soap and toilet paper ran out and weren't replaced. The bathroom itself was clean. The village festival happened to be on during our stay, and children kept setting off firecrackers, which got a bit annoying at times, especially at night. Aside from that, it was a pleasant stay. The owner was very friendly, suggested activities even with the rain that weekend, gave us local maps and hiking routes, and treated us to breakfast.

We felt very comfortable in this charming country house. The ground floor is lovely and beautifully decorated, and everything was spotless. The bedrooms were fine, though they didn't have en-suite bathrooms. There were two shared bathrooms instead. The owner was very attentive.

We had a wonderful, restful stay during Easter week, and breakfast was included and delicious. Our room was lovely and clean, with a balcony overlooking the street. The house is large and authentic, decorated with good taste. It's right in the center of Sumacarcer, a charming village among valleys and mountains, surrounded by orange groves and crossed by the Júcar River. Highly recommended!
