The rooms were spotless and the bed was comfortable. We spent a lovely weekend in the spacious country house, and it was a great spot for relaxing or heading out on hikes. Iran and Natalia were happy to help with my food allergies and came up with some great hiking suggestions. I really appreciated that.

Such a quiet place, with a real connection to nature. The hosts were kind and flexible, and it worked perfectly as a place to stay overnight while hiking.

Lua, the house dog, can show you the way to the river if you’re unsure, and it’s only a five-minute walk. You can swim there, or enjoy the lovely natural pool fed straight from a spring. We had a delicious three-course dinner with wine for just €19.50 per person. Best holiday ever with our dog.

There’s no internet in the room and no phone signal either. For €100 a night, this place felt overpriced and overrated. The owners seem stingy and don’t make much effort with the hosting: there was no soap or shampoo, and they didn’t seem willing to spend on the food. Breakfast was the simplest I’ve ever had in a Masía or hotel. As a vegetarian, bread and cheese were basically all I could eat. We paid €19 for dinner, but it was very basic and didn’t taste good, so I don’t think it was worth the money. The location is nice, though the house sits on a very steep spot with no yard around it. When there are too many guests, there isn’t enough parking for all the cars. It could be a really nice place if the owner put in more effort.
