The terrace was a lovely place to unwind, and the house was spotless, with a well-equipped kitchen and air conditioning in every room, especially welcome in summer. It’s also handy for getting around: there’s a supermarket downstairs, El Puente is across the road, and Fort Bravo and Mini Hollywood are about an eight-minute drive away. We ate at El Puente and really enjoyed the delicious food and good prices. The owner was attentive and very friendly, and gave me lots of ideas for things to do and places to visit. The pillows could use an update, and Wi-Fi would be a nice addition. He said he plans to add it, as many guests have asked. We had a very good stay at Las Dunas Tourist Accommodations, and it’s a great base for enjoying Almería.
