The hosts were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the place is quiet while still well connected. The accommodation was spacious, clean, tastefully decorated, and very well equipped. They cleaned and changed the towels Monday through Friday. There's also a pool, sun loungers, and a barbecue, with relaxing views of the sea and mountains. Its central position made it a great base for exploring the whole island. We absolutely loved La Palma. We've visited every Canary Island except El Hierro, and this is one of the best, maybe the best. One of the best places we've stayed. Absolutely recommended.

I would have loved to stay here, but arriving was unpleasant because there was no welcome or reception. Other guests told me the reception was a few hundred meters away at another accommodation, but no one was there either. I contacted Booking.com, and the accommodation canceled my booking without explanation. I only learned this through Booking.com, as nobody contacted me directly. Fortunately, I found somewhere else to stay by 11 pm. I still don't know why the booking was canceled so suddenly or without any explanation.

The views are great, and the area is beautiful, with excellent service. The main road below gets a little noisy when the wind comes from the west. We'd definitely return.
