We had a great time at OD, and the room had a beautiful view. The reception team, Anna,Barbara, Lucia & Julian, were extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. Room service was perfect, and the room was very clean. The problem was the noise at night. Traffic from the ferry and trucks was really uncomfortable and hard to bear. We still want to come back, though, and will try for a room at the back next time.

The rooms were nice, and breakfast was excellent, with coffee made the way you like it and other dishes cooked fresh to order. We were surprised by how much noise came from the roof terrace, which we hadn’t known about, but we got used to it. Early in the morning, there was also some traffic from the nearby ferry loading and unloading.

Breakfast wasn’t worth what we paid. Even when it’s off-peak and there are no customers waiting to check in, the front desk staff still charge guests extra for checking out half an hour late. It feels like they’re taking advantage.

We never actually got to stay at this hotel, and I’m very disappointed with how things were handled. The ferry company canceled our return trip, so we had to come back the same day and couldn’t stay in Ibiza. We messaged on WhatsApp to ask about moving the booking, but got no reply. Then we asked Booking.com to transfer the reservation and heard nothing there either. That felt disrespectful and unprofessional. We travel often and love doing so, but we have no desire to visit now and can’t recommend the place. I’d rather give the money to charity than to an unprofessional manager.

The rooms were amazing, the staff pleasant, and breakfast was good. WiFi was very slow, though, so that’s why I’m taking off a star for service. Apart from that, it was a wonderful place.
