The worst start to a holiday. My boyfriend and I expected a lovely apartment with a rooftop terrace, but got a 20-30 sqm studio instead. Apparently there are four different apartments, while the listing combines all the photos to make it look like one amazing place. We left as soon as we could. The studio was dirty, unhygienic, and broken, with mold on parts of the walls. We thought we'd booked somewhere with a nice roof terrace to enjoy a glass of wine. Instead, it was an overpriced studio with one window, a broken toilet, and a shower head that fell off the wall. It apparently cost €1000 for 10 nights, with €450 prepaid. A friendly man who wasn't the owner met us with a credit card terminal and demanded the balance, a €150 deposit, €25 for keys, and €25 for arriving late. When we raised the issues and refused to pay the rest, the owner threatened to call the police. We left as soon as possible, but the owner refused to refund our prepaid €450 even though we didn't want to stay. We would never have booked if we'd known what it actually looked like. Don't stay in this unhygienic apartment with such an unempathetic owner.

There was no air conditioning, and the experience was bad. The owner charged €35 extra for cleaning no matter how long you stayed. On Booking, that fee appeared in small print with an asterisk below what was supposed to be the final price. It felt like an abusive charge, and it's disappointing that a booking site uses a practice that hides the actual total. There are better places for the same final price.

Misleading listing. I ended up in a different apartment than I expected, and the owner didn't care, keeping my money even though I left as soon as I could. It was disgusting and way overpriced. DO NOT BOOK!

It was noisy, and the cleaning fees were far too high. We were meant to have two double beds, but there was only one. Really bad practice!
