We were left with nowhere to stay for the next two nights, at 6 pm with two young girls, aged 3 years and 8 months. We'd arrived in the check-in window they gave us, 17-18, after booking through Booking.com and getting a "Reservation Confirmed" email. I tried the mobile number listed on Booking more than 35 times, sent two emails, and couldn't reach anyone. One man did answer a call, asked who we were, said they were having phone line problems, and told us they'd call back. About 10 minutes later, an email arrived saying our booking had been cancelled. I think these people are completely irresponsible and shouldn't call themselves property renters. They should be ashamed of how they treat clients. Booking.com should also be ashamed for allowing the property to cancel at check-in time while having much stricter cancellation rules for customers. Never book with Martina Apartamentos.

There was plenty of room, and the apartment had everything needed for cooking. It was clean and good.

The pool was closed, and when we called to complain, nobody responded. Now they won't answer the phone either. We had no water from 11 pm until 8 am for five days because it was being cut off. The Wi-Fi didn't work, the refrigerator didn't cool, and the furniture was falling apart. The apartment we were given, Begoña 2, wasn't the one they'd supposedly reserved for us. It was old and had no utensils. Awful, a complete rip-off. I hope they stop taking us for fools.

We arrived in Zahara with a fully paid reservation for a three-bedroom apartment, only to be told we had no accommodation. We filed a complaint with the Guardia Civil de Barbate, and we weren't the only ones these people had cheated this August of 2025. They don't deserve even one star. They're scammers who won't answer any phone and have no physical place where you can make a complaint. Never book with these people.
