We stayed Sunday night and there was live music in the restaurant garden, with a great atmosphere. The hotel is right by one of Tarifa’s best beaches, with an underpass to get there, and beach bars nearby. There’s also a good pizzeria within walking distance, so you can eat in or out. Our ground-floor room by the restaurant was very clean, with a lovely terrace area and garden. The small fridge was a bonus, and the beds and memory foam pillows were comfortable. We could bring our dog and found plenty of space to walk away from the hotel. Booking direct offers fantastic value for money, so I highly recommend it.

The beds were comfortable, the rooms cozy, and the hotel was very cheap for the quality. But the restaurant was closed, so we had to get breakfast at the campsite next door. Walking there means going alongside a road where cars pass at high speed, which felt very dangerous. Good restaurants and the beach are 15 minutes away by car, so this isn’t a great spot if you want services and places to eat within walking distance.

The lounge beside the restaurant is a lovely place to relax, and the food was good. The chef was very nice and friendly. Our first room was okay, though the bathroom could use a little upgrade and some TLC.

The hotel is about a five-minute drive from Tarifa center, and we’d come back. It’s close to the beach, with pleasant gardens and a nice little restaurant. From our room we could see Africa and Valdevaqueros beach. The staff were friendly, helpful, organized and always around when needed. The room was fresh and clean, with daily cleaning and changes. Breakfast costs extra and is toast, coffee and fresh juice if you want it. The shower pressure was weak. I suppose that may be because we were on the top floor and other guests were showering after sunset when they returned from the beach.

It’s a beautiful, dreamlike spot and good for people with dogs. The beach bar has good music and a high-society crowd, giving the place a bit of a Hawaiian or Californian beach feel. The downside is the kite-surfers everywhere. Some seem pretty inconsiderate of other beachgoers, with their kites and lines falling dangerously onto the beach. Still, it’s a must when visiting Cadiz Province.
