They wanted us to feel at home and did a lovely job of it. Our room was prepared for a romantic evening, and we found a bottle of bubbles and our beloved Lindt chocolate too. There are several buildings, bars, and a restaurant, so we didn’t feel stuck just at the Cortijo. The offer was exceptional, and we really appreciated those thoughtful details.

We had one of our best vacations here. The hotel is in a very quiet area, with lovely gardens, spacious rooms, and free parking. The pool is a hidden gem, and you can sit in the sun under the cabanas. Drinks, snacks, and lunch are served nearby, which is so convenient in the afternoon. The staff were friendly and very professional, and the beach is just 5 min away. Definitely book if you want to disconnect.

The room was spacious and really comfortable, making this a pleasant option for a weekend away. The restaurant service wasn’t great, though, and the indoor pool was very cold. It’s okay if you keep your expectations modest.

The pool area was hard to relax in with loud dance music playing at the pool bar. Spa access now costs extra, even though it closes every day from 1400hrs to 1700hrs, which feels restrictive and more about profit than the guest experience. There were good parts too: the food was very good, breakfast was enjoyable, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff were generally attentive and helpful. The outdoor areas were well maintained.
