The waiters were nice and the food was pretty good. Nothing especially unusual about the place, but it works well for a meal when you haven't made other plans.

The food and service were both lovely, and the place has a really magical, romantic feel. A must when you're in Tarifa.

We were hungry and ready for dinner, so it was disappointing that no one tried to help us find a solution. We were a party of two with a small, quiet dog, and when we arrived and politely asked for a table, we were immediately told, “With a dog, NO.” We’d checked the website first and couldn’t find any mention of a dog ban. We understand restaurants can have their own policies, but the response felt abrupt and unwelcoming. We asked about the many tables outside and were told, “The restaurant is inside.” When we asked if there was anywhere else on the property to eat, they sent us to the beach bar. A minute later, the staff there told us it was closing and food service had ended. The woman at the beach bar was friendly, though, and still served us a drink as she was closing. That’s why I added one star. We left feeling unwelcome, and it wasn’t dog friendly.

We only ate at the restaurant, and everything we ordered was delicious. The tuna was cooked just right, and both the rice and curry were tasty and well prepared. The duck breast had a lovely presentation, a great sauce, and very good pear. The ribeye was full of flavor, though cooked a little more than we’d asked for, but it was still just right. We also had appetizers and were very happy with them. Service was friendly and quick. We’d definitely come back if we get the chance.
