OSCAR P.
I spent every day away from the apartment because I didn’t want to be in there for long. There were bugs everywhere, the room was cramped, and the window had been bricked up, so there was no ventilation. The closet door couldn’t open because it hit the bed, and there weren’t any hangers. The place was so dirty that even the glasses had cobwebs on them. There was a sewage smell, no kitchen utensils, broken door knobs and cabinet handles, rusty cutlery, and a broken toilet seat. I could go on. The photos speak for themselves. After we called the owner, canceling the reservation became incredibly difficult. He was a rude Italian man who never gave his name. He literally said he wasn’t responsible for the utensils being stolen, and that if the apartment was dirty, we should say so in our review. He seemed perfectly content with that.
