The wind was crazy and the beach was inaccessible, but there was no pool available either. It was closed almost all day yesterday, though it unexpectedly opened for an hour or two. We’d been told the lifeguard was sick and that the pool would definitely be open today, but it never opened. My husband went to speak with them, and they then said the pool is always closed in May. That’s not what we were told yesterday or when we booked, and it’s not what their page advertised. The pool pictures don’t show the actual pool, either. We were supposed to stay tonight, but we all left. The whole row of glamping sites left because the children were upset and everyone felt deceived. Staff told some people they’d get their money back, but told us we wouldn’t. We’re now at a hotel down the street with a lovely open pool, and we’ll be getting our money back for what felt like a scam. We’ve been travelling for 3 weeks, and this is the first time we’ve had such a horrible situation. The staff have outright lied more than once. The woman at reception even said she didn’t care if we left a bad review. They don’t care, and it’s ridiculous. We’re reasonable, kind people who were completely lied to, and they don’t care. Do yourself a favour and stay away.

The campsite was really well maintained, and despite being right in nature, they did a good job keeping mosquitoes and flies away. We had a peaceful, memorable getaway, and I’d recommend it. Thanks to all the staff! Our accommodation was beautiful, with lovely trees all around, and we enjoyed our stay even in the rain. The staff put together a relaxed gathering with drinks, snacks, and music, bringing guests and staff together. Our children had a blast playing with the other kids and enjoying the outdoors without gadgets. It was heartwarming to see them so taken with nature.

The beach wasn’t very close, so we had to drive, though it was only a few minutes away. The camp also had a small shop and a swimming pool that the kids loved. Our accommodation was perfect. The tents and their toilets were clean and well equipped, with a table, chairs, and a relaxing set in front of the house. Tall pine trees surrounded the place, keeping it cool even in the middle of the day.

The glamping area is really nice, with good beds, and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. The beach is within walking distance. The pool was CLOSED until June, even when it was nearly 40 degrees. I really don’t know why. The glamping area is combined with a large regular campsite.
