I had a horrible experience living in this flat. They worked out the electricity charge themselves and never gave me the correct bill. Their calculation was completely wrong. For example, they charged 126 euros for 320 kWh of electricity.

I hope the place burns down......
Cockroaches were in the apartment, and every other day the stairwell lights went out because, apparently, they weren't paying the building's electricity bill. The stairwell wasn't cleaned either, and the flat was handed over filthy, with hair all over the sofa and similar mess. After moving out, I spent a year trying to get my two-month deposit back. In the end, they returned only half. I'm constantly getting letters from the tax office demanding money because they owe more than €100,000.
I’m still bothered by how the deposit was handled. When I moved out, the owner kept most of it, including at least €10 for some kind of contract formalization, and said the rest was for utilities. He also couldn’t give me useful records of my consumption. One month I was charged €70 for electricity even though I was away on vacation the whole time. There was trouble before I even moved in, too. After I’d booked and paid, they told me two weeks before the move that the apartment would be occupied by other people for a week and said they’d put me somewhere else. I wasn’t happy with that arrangement. The whole building belongs to one owner, who handles the accounting as he sees fit. He has plenty of money and a good lawyer. If you’re a student with little money, I’d avoid renting here. I felt completely fleeced.
The day before I was meant to move in, I still hadn’t even seen the apartment, so I decided not to go ahead because I didn’t know what condition it or the building was in. Carlos kept the €485 I’d paid as a deposit for “contract drafting,” then said I’d stood them up. I hope they go bankrupt.
