The rooms have plenty of space and good views, and the staff have been friendly, helpful, and attentive on both visits. It’s also good value compared with hotels in the city. We’ve stayed here twice now, and the location about a ten-minute walk from central Tarragona worked well for seeing the old town and the lovely beaches at Arrabassada. We’ll be back for a third stay soon.

The pool is a decent size, and the beach is about ten minutes away. There’s also a bus stop right outside. It’s easy to walk to nice cafes and restaurants, and the hotel is well placed for both the beach and downtown. In summer, though, some of the staff seem young and new, and the attention to detail isn’t quite there yet. The food was okay if you’re starving, but there are much better choices nearby. I skipped breakfast, though the coffee was fine. They should improve the bar and pool menu if they want people to spend a full day by the pool.

Good value for money. The room was clean and as described, with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was okay too, and the hotel is an easy walk from the city. Nothing to complain about.

We had a big room with a huge, comfortable bed and a decent sea view. The staff were all very helpful, and breakfast hit the spot each morning. The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from the old town, with good beaches nearby. If you’re driving, remember to reserve a parking spot.

The room was clean, though road noise made it a bit loud. I’d booked based on the information saying luggage storage was available, but when I asked, a male staff member at reception arrogantly told me it wasn’t possible. Other hotels in Tarragona offer luggage storage, but Astani Hotel refused my request. I’ll go back to SB Hotel and won’t stay here again.
