Unik Vacation Congress

I sent a group of 10 people, six teens and four adults, here for two nights, but it wasn't a good fit. The place was unclean and loud, and the team said there were times they didn't feel safe. One teen was washing her hands in the bathroom beside someone cleaning their drug paraphernalia. The group leader raised her concerns with staff. They said they'd look into it, but nothing changed. I won't send any more groups to this hostel.

The style and atmosphere were decent, the staff very friendly, the rooms and kitchen quite clean, and the sanitaries okay. Breakfast was below par. Still, I wouldn't recommend staying here. In two of my three nights, there were incidents involving drunk men who were rude and aggressive, including toward women. There are a lot of shady people around. Hostels are for travellers, often young ones, not semi-homeless workers or people waiting for immigration institutions to handle their cases. I know they need somewhere to go too, but having too many of them at the hostel kills the mood. With no staff at night, I consider this hostel unsafe.

The people were kind and the service was good. The rooms were basic, nothing fancy, and the light in mine didn't work. They put me in a room with only men, and the included breakfast wasn't great.

I liked the backyard and the atmosphere, and the beer was cold. I'll definitely come back. Thanks, guys.
