From the moment we walked in, there was a smell of animal waste throughout the place, which made it hard to enjoy anything. The customer service was unfriendly, staff didn’t keep their promises, and they didn’t seem concerned about whether guests were satisfied. They also couldn’t resolve problems effectively. They spoke no language besides Spanish and even seemed to understand Spanish only poorly. A really unfortunate stay. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re looking for a terrible time.

The hotel is very clean, and its location is ideal if you’re visiting the town. The service was excellent too. We’ll definitely come back, and we recommend it 💯.

I’ve stayed here several times on work trips, and they’re always so welcoming. It really does feel like home.

Manolo was warm and attentive. He even learned the kids’ names and checked that we were happy with everything. The place is peaceful, modern, pleasant, and reasonably priced.

A little hotel with a cozy feel. The bed was comfortable, and it’s well situated and quiet. The rooms are perfectly decent.
