We’ve stayed at apartment 4 twice now and would happily recommend it. The ocean views from the bed are wonderful, and the apartment is comfortable, with plenty of room for the seating and dining areas, kitchen, and a very comfortable bed. It’s right by the water, with a large patio and a smaller balcony looking out over the ocean. We cooked regularly, though keep in mind there’s only a two-ring hob and no oven. Local amenities are nearby, while the main resort of Costa Teguise is far enough away that you’re removed from the tourist spots. You can climb over the balcony and cross the rocks easily to swim or snorkel. There are lots of fish just a few feet from the rocks.

Andrés was quick to reply and very helpful, even assisting me with getting my fishing license. The apartment was bright, spotless, and had gorgeous panoramic sea views, right near the ocean. Its central position on the island makes it easy to get around, with a 30-45 minute drive taking you pretty much anywhere. I had a great stay and highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful, relaxing week in Lanzarote in May 2021. The house was perfect, with breathtaking views and a great position close to all parts of the island. I’d suggest spending some time here.

The apartment is spacious, bright, and well equipped, with a terrace that makes you feel right over the ocean. You could almost dive straight in. The sea views are incredible, and the quiet evenings, with the sound of the sea as you fall asleep, made for a peaceful, almost poetic stay. The one disappointment was the mediocre cleaning before our arrival, even though a professional company had done it. Still, we’ll remember our time here very fondly.

We were four, and there was plenty of comfortable space for all of us. The apartment is right by the sea in the heart of the island, so it’s easy to get around. The views are unbeatable, and taking photos of the sunrise and sunset was a joy. We had a very pleasant stay on a beautiful island.
