The owner wasn’t in contact with us, so I can’t confirm or deny what other people have said about them. We stayed in one of three apartments that share an enclosed garden and pool. Ours was very clean and comfortable, with a small, well-equipped kitchen and nicely decorated living area. It was designed by the famous local artist, Caesar Manrique, though I’m probably spelling that wrong. I’m not an art fan, but it’s a lovely place to stay.

We made a reservation at midnight, and were told by message that a bank transfer was due within one day. They don’t accept credit or debit cards. But at 10 the next morning, just 10 hours later, the booking was cancelled without warning. The owner, Dina, said she’d called me that morning, which wasn’t true. I sent her a WhatsApp screenshot of my call list showing that. The owners’ behavior was appalling. I’d advise potential guests to stay elsewhere, somewhere run by professional and reasonable people.

They cancelled our booking only 10 hours after we made it, saying we hadn’t paid the deposit. We booked at midnight and got a message saying the deposit was due within a day, but by 10 the next morning they’d cancelled it. I’m glad we won’t be staying there, since I can only wonder what else might happen. Don’t waste your time, book somewhere else.

We felt at home straight away and would definitely come back soon. This bungalow is a little hidden gem, well equipped with all sorts of things we needed. It’s in a great location, away from the busy coast.
