The food was the best I’ve had at an all-inclusive resort, and the service was friendly and capable. We enjoyed the gardens and the pools, which were cleaned well each evening. Renovation work was happening on the far side, but we only noticed it when we went to the tennis courts. Our garden view had a glimpse of the ocean. It’s a lovely spot, a short walk from beautiful beaches, restaurants and windsurfing. The children’s entertainment team were caring and enthusiastic, and the kids had a lovely time. Highly recommend!

The Daisy Clubs were brilliantly organized, with plenty for the kids to do. Our son had an amazing time, which made the holiday even more special. We’d happily come back and recommend H10 Lanzarote Gardens to families, especially those dealing with food allergies or dietary needs. Our son has multiple allergies, and Maria and Pablo made us feel at ease throughout the stay. They were friendly, professional and genuinely caring, taking care to keep him safe and comfortable. The chefs also went above and beyond, talking us through the buffet options and preparing particular meals when needed. We were impressed by how much attention they gave to everything. From the moment we arrived, nothing seemed too much trouble.

We’ve visited this hotel three times now for a short December break, and the staff are always so friendly and willing to help. My daughter came with us for the first time on our last trip and already can’t wait to return. The rooms are clean and spacious, and dinner had a different theme each night. We usually travel with friends and email ahead to request rooms next to or near each other. That’s always been sorted. We loved the chipped wristbands on our last visit, as there was no need for room cards or worrying that we’d left one behind. The hotel is in a perfect spot, about a ten-minute walk to the square. Pool towels are supplied free, and you can exchange them for €1 per towel during your stay. Highly recommend. Hopefully see you again in December 😊

The mini disco was the only evening entertainment we tried, and the children loved it. My five-year-old went to daisy club five times, came back with lots of crafts, and really enjoyed it. There was a long, busy session in the morning and a shorter, quieter one in the afternoon. The staff were friendly and looked after the children well. We had a great holiday overall and would happily return. The hotel is very family-focused and suited our two children, who were 11 months and five years old. We stayed ten nights in October in a one-bedroom apartment on half board. The room was a good size for the four of us, with a useful little kitchen area. We requested a top-floor room to avoid noise from above, but had to carry the buggy up three floors because there’s no lift. A highchair was provided when we asked. The room was cleaned daily, and we appreciated that staff came back to try again if the sleep sign was out when they first came by. The hotel is less than a five-minute walk from a sandy beach, and restaurants are within ten minutes. There are regular buses right outside, though we only used one. The airport transfer was about 15 minutes. I emailed ahead and the hotel arranged it for €60 return, with car seats for both children. The downside for us was the number of English restaurants nearby. There are three pools, two said to be heated. The board showed their temperatures, but I wasn’t sure how accurate it was: on our last day the baby pool was really warm, but the listed temperature hadn’t changed. The pools were fine while moving around, but too cold for young children to sit and play. They were kept clean and had several lifeguards. People reserved sunbeds early, but there were always loungers further from the pool if you didn’t mind where you sat, and plenty of parasols for shade. The food was fresh and varied, regularly replenished, and staff were available for questions. The restaurant was organized, so we never waited more than five minutes for a table, even at peak times. Tables were cleared quickly, and the restaurant staff were friendly. The hotel takes allergies seriously: reception gave us a card listing our son’s milk and egg allergy, which we took to the restaurant each time. The chef showed us which buffet dishes were safe and gave him some treats, a thoughtful touch since dessert choices were limited, though there were plenty of main-course options. I would have preferred allergen labels on the dishes to reduce the chance of human error. We were glad to be half board, as the pool bar wouldn’t serve our son snacks, sandwiches or lunch items because of contamination concerns.
