The room and corridors could use a little TLC, though they were cleaned daily. I’d definitely stay again. The staff were friendly and helpful, and reception and the breakfast area were lovely. The location was fabulous, close to plenty of great restaurants and shops. Our sea view balcony was amazing, with perfect views and sunsets.

We came in January, so it wasn’t full and getting a sun lounger was easy. The seafront location is excellent, with bars, restaurants and the beach all close by. Even out of season, most places were open, with only a few shut. It worked well as a base for days out, and four days felt about right. The room had a big balcony, working air conditioning and a smart TV for YouTube. There’s a microwave grill but no oven, and the kitchen area is small. Inside it’s a bit tired, and the pool area and pool itself are very small. We had two uncomfortable single beds and one pillow each. Hot water was hit and miss, as others have said. Breakfast costs €15 per adult in a really small area, so we thought it made more sense to get a full English for €16 for both of us. If you’re happy with a simple place to sleep and plan to be out all day, it’s ideal. For a longer stay, I’d have wanted at least a double bed and a proper oven.

We stayed just one night while visiting friends nearby. Check in was easy and the place was very clean. The pool area looked inviting, and there are some decent bars and restaurants close by. I’d stay again.

We asked for another room at first and were told they were all booked. After we cancelled through Booking, a room with a sea view suddenly became available. The listing photos and the price left us feeling misled. The advertised view is barely there, just a narrow gap between buildings, so don’t expect to relax looking out at the ocean. The apartment was neglected, with stained walls, an unhygienic feel and an outdated, poorly maintained interior. It didn’t have the cleanliness or comfort I’d expect even in basic accommodation. I wouldn’t recommend it or stay again.

Room 205 was lovely, with a great balcony view over the pool and ocean. Everything felt fresh and clean, and the staff were really nice and friendly. The pool is cleaned daily, and there’s plenty of room around it; the outside area is clean too. Shops, bars and restaurants are within walking distance, and the beach is just minutes away. I’d absolutely recommend Neptuno suites and we’ll definitely visit again ❤️
