Red Star Surf - Hostel

The instructors explained things clearly and kept encouraging us, so learning to surf was a lot of fun. My girlfriend and I loved the two-hour beginner course. Everyone on the team was welcoming, friendly, and patient, and helped us feel comfortable from the start. The atmosphere was relaxed and positive, and we left grinning, having even managed to stand up on the boards. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a fun, supportive introduction to surfing. We'll be back!

The whole place has such a relaxed, welcoming feel, and the instructors and staff were lovely and really good at teaching. They helped with everything and were patient about adapting to even my many requests 😅. I spent five fantastic days here, staying in their great house right across from the beach. sebby, Jerry, and Mariano all taught me and were great guys. I already just want to come back. We spent a wonderful week learning to surf for four hours a day. The coaches were funny and great, and everything ran as it should. The video reviews helped a lot with learning. I’m planning to come back with my family and have them take lessons here too. Thanks for having us.

We stayed right above the surf shop, which was so convenient, and having a cleaner come by every few days was a nice bonus. I enjoyed the camp so much that I booked one more lesson on my departure day to get as much surfing in as I could 🏄‍♀️🏄‍♀️. Diego, Mariano, and Jerry all coached me during my seven days, with useful tips every session and really engaging teaching. I felt I improved a lot. Already planning to return, it was truly one of the best trips of my life!
