Villa El Jable Lanzarote

We loved the delicious breakfast, made with local ingredients and fruit, and the spotless rooms, which were carefully cleaned every day. Villa El Jable is a family-run place in a beautiful village, right where the paved road ends, with desert and sea views. It’s the quietest place we’ve ever stayed, and we could hear only wind and birds, morning and night. It really helped us recharge. The hosts were welcoming and accommodating, and gave us excellent local tips for hikes, visits and restaurants. I recommend the villa wholeheartedly. Keep up the fantastic work!

Paola was a great host and shared valuable tips for exploring the island. We spent six nights at the villa and had a wonderful time. It’s centrally located, very quiet and has beautiful views. The cleaning was impeccable, and breakfast was a bonus, with homemade cakes every day. We arrived late and left early, but both check-in and check-out went smoothly.

The breakfast had everything I could want, and Stefano and Luca helped organise the perfect holiday for me. They’re hospitable, hardworking people who go out of their way to help, and the rooms are impeccable. The photos don’t capture how beautiful the villa is or its atmosphere. It’s a peaceful, tucked-away location, so much so that taxi drivers are surprised tourists enjoy being somewhere so secluded. Still, for someone like me who sometimes likes a city feel, the nearby town has an amazing atmosphere, a lovely Sunday village market and surrounding areas that are less spoiled by tourism than the rest of the island. The patio was such a nice spot to unwind and watch the pigeons come and go, and we could even pick oranges for fresh juice. Our host was generous with advice and lent us her guidebook. We loved the views, with the ocean on one side and volcanoes on the other. Breakfast was excellent, though after a week the same options felt a little repetitive. We had a wonderful stay at Villa el Jable.
