VitalClass is lovely and well placed for exploring the island, and I really wanted to enjoy our stay more. The room stayed clean thanks to efficient housekeeping, the WiFi was satisfactory, and the staff were polite and welcoming. The hotel is generally kept to a good standard. Breakfast was delicious, with a huge selection. Our mattress was comfortable once we turned it. The main problem was the pool bar music, played loudly every day from about 10.30 until 6pm. There were only a few playlists, repeated roughly every 45 minutes. It would have been much easier to tolerate if the loud music was limited to one or two 45-minute aqua-fit sessions, with quieter background music the rest of the time. That would leave people able to talk, read, or relax on their balconies. I called reception twice to ask them to turn it down. The volume only seemed to drop for about five minutes, so I didn’t see the point in asking again. If repetitive loud music bothers you, request a garden-view room instead of poolside, or look elsewhere. I was a teenager in the 1980s and generally liked most of the songs. Now, if I hear Cindy Lauper or Bonnie Tyler again, I’ll need treatment for PTSD. This girl just wanna have peace! Thankfully we’d hired a car and could get out. When we were there during the day, we ended up indoors with the windows and patio doors shut. That wasn’t the holiday we’d imagined. We stayed 11 nights. The protector and fitted sheet were too small for the mattress, so we kept having to remake the bed, even during the night. Our bedding wasn’t changed during our stay, though the towels were changed midway. I’d return if I knew the music situation would be addressed, but without that, it’s a dealbreaker for me.

The buffet at the restaurant was a real highlight, always fresh, varied, and delicious. The chef deserves a special mention for the care, creativity, and quality in every dish. Staff throughout the hotel were warm, professional, and attentive, always ready to help with a genuine smile. From start to finish, my stay at Hotel Vitalclass was wonderful. It has a calm atmosphere and well-maintained facilities that make it easy to relax. I’d happily stay again, and highly recommend it.

I’ve just returned from a wonderful stay at Vitalclass in Teguise. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and both dinner and the breakfast buffet were delicious, with plenty of choices at breakfast. My room was spotless throughout, and the cleaning service was top-notch. A special mention for Miguel in the bar, whose service was excellent and friendly. The best!!!!

I’ve been to this great hotel a couple of times, and it always delivers. The staff are friendly, helpful, and smiling, and special thanks to the manager for having such a good team. The food has excellent choice and quality, and the drinks go well with the meals. It’s a healthy walk to the local bars and shops, or a taxi into the resort costs around 5e. Until next year, these memories will last.

The room was impeccably looked after throughout my recent stay at Vitalclass in Teguise, and I was very pleased with the cleaning service. Breakfast exceeded my expectations, with lots of tasty options. The WiFi worked adequately, though it wasn’t consistent all the time. I enjoyed my stay and would consider coming back.
