The vegetarian food choices were good and the location was amazing. The staff were trying hard, but they really could have used another person. We couldn't check in before 16:00 and had nowhere to leave our luggage. There also weren't enough showers for the number of guests, and the water was constantly cold.

The panorama is like a movie, and I’d absolutely stay here again. My room was sweet and very clean, as were the bathrooms and toilets. You can also buy water for a hike. Dinner was so good: vegetarian only, with a starter, main course and dessert for 17 euro.

The atmosphere is international and friendly, and it was easy to meet people and chat over a beer in the evening. I loved sharing the hostel dinner with everyone. The new owners have clearly worked hard to get the place back on track: the bathrooms have been renovated and the rooms improved, and both owners are lovely companions. It’s a great place for hikers or anyone after a countryside stay with a stunning sunset view. I’ll come back when I’m in the area.

The views are spectacular, and waking up in a true Finca was lovely. We had an authentic but comfortable double room, and the service was great. We aren’t vegetarians, but the food was amazing and well worth the money. Finca la Isa made for a wonderful stay.
