Some of the corners here feel like pure magic. In the San Francisco neighborhood, its historic little lanes lead through one of the oldest places in the Canary Islands. Telde, the City of Witches and its spiritualists. 🍃🌸🧙♀️

You can spend about four hours walking between Telde’s two main centers, San Juan and San Gregorio, and exploring the old estates, mansions, hermitages, parks and El Baladero Archaeological Site nearby. This semi-urban hotel sits in the historic San Francisco de las Brujas neighborhood, yet the rural atmosphere feels like a step back through the island’s history. Armando Ravelo’s Canarian short film "La Cueva de Las Brujas" was filmed on these streets. It’s a very good option in summer if you want peace and quiet while still being able to drive into Telde or elsewhere on the island.
