The room was damp and poorly ventilated, with a musty smell, bad lighting, stained sheets, and a leaking sink in the windowless bathroom. Getting there was also a struggle. We knew the property wasn't in central Telde, but the airport transfer still appears online even though it's no longer offered, which is misleading. The owner wouldn't collect us from a bus stop or help find a taxi, and insisted it was walkable. We ended up carrying our luggage over unpaved roads for about 20 minutes. The owner's reply doesn't change my view that this isn't worth booking. There's no reason for me to leave a negative review out of the blue, and the response only proves my point. The owner is trying to frame other people. I took all the photos on the day we checked in. If a host really thought guests had deliberately messed up the room before checkout, shouldn't they contact them right away? Saying I made things up is a serious accusation. I do not accept it, and I reserve my legal rights. It's ridiculous to say you promised to pick us up. I asked if you could collect us in Telde, you asked for the time, and I gave it to you. Almost 1.5 hours later, you said you couldn't because the time wasn't available. We arrived in Telde on a weekday afternoon, around 16h. That seems like normal hours for hotel transfers. I also told you on the phone on check-in day that getting a taxi was impossible, because no one answered on WhatsApp or by phone. Everything I've said is true, and I have screenshots to back it up. What upset me most was your attitude as a business owner. I wish you good business and continued success.

We didn't stay at this property, but at another place run by the same manager, Antonio, called Salinetas Blue Surf House. We had agreed on early check-in the day before, yet the apartment wasn't ready when we arrived, and there was confusion about the properties from Antonios side. Only three people were staying, as booked, and I had a flight that same day. Even so, we were wrongly accused of bringing an extra guest, me. The owner was rude, wouldn't listen to our explanation or meet us in person, relied on information from someone else, and cancelled the reservation without properly checking. We were very disappointed by how it was handled. Reservations may be cancelled abruptly without fair communication, so I wouldn't recommend booking any property managed by this person. You can also see from replies to other reviews that the tone is often aggressive and sarcastic. I'm curious to see how this review will be answered.

The room was dirty and very dark, with no windows, and the bed was terrible. The owner was unfriendly. We didn't sleep at all. I didn't see a pool, just something like a bathtub. Not recommended.

The place was far from shops and services, with no food options or amenities on site. I found the location extremely inconvenient and hard to reach, especially as a first-time visitor. When I called politely for directions, the person on the phone was unhelpful and unprofessional, which made things more frustrating. The stay fell short of basic expectations for accommodation and customer service. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend it and would choose somewhere else.
