Casa Ramón El Pallé

The village is very quiet in the daytime, but the church bells ring twice at night and really disturbed our sleep. It’s also in the middle of nowhere, with no way to buy anything nearby, so be careful if you’re bringing a dog because mastiffs roam freely around the village. The house itself wasn’t bad, but there were some things that could be better. The kitchen light was out, leaving it pitch black, and we had to use our phone flashlights. The owner knew the bulb had burned out but did nothing. There was only a roll and a half of toilet paper for four days; when she noticed, she said it was fine.

Casa Ramón in Sin is a beautiful house in stunning surroundings, with hosts who are 10 out of 10. It’s the kind of place where you can feel the peace and authenticity, and it’s ideal for disconnecting and getting lost in the Pyrenees. We’d return in a heartbeat.

Montse made our stay feel even better with her warm, friendly manner and wonderful energy. We came away in love with the town and valley, and with how cool the house stayed on such a hot day. We were very comfortable. We’ll be back!!!

The house is spacious and well placed in a really quiet town. The upstairs rooms are good and have their own bathrooms. The shared bathroom is tiny and could be made bigger by taking space from the adjoining room. There’s limited counter space in the kitchen-diner, which could use a refrigerator.
