The heating took an absurdly long time to start, and the window wouldn't close properly, so the cold made it impossible to get through a night comfortably. There were no extra blankets, sheets or towels, or any useful items for guests. The vending machines on the second floor didn't work. In the upstairs rooms, anyone of normal height has to walk bent over to avoid hitting their head on the ceiling if they forget for a moment. I found the service lacking in basic humanity and, honestly, in willingness to work. They treated me terribly on the phone, mocking me, putting me down and speaking to me in a way no customer should be addressed. In short, a place I'd avoid if possible, with poor service and quality. It only makes sense as a last and only option.
