Our bedroom and bathroom were lovely, though both got very warm. The air conditioning wasn’t running because it had been switched off for October. Breakfast had a very good selection, but the hot food was only lukewarm. The staff were pleasant, and the hotel welcomes pets. Roadworks meant there was no car park available, so we left the car on a nearby street.

The bike storage is a locked cage at the back of the hotel. For cars, be aware the parking isn’t secure if you have a roof box: the facilities have a low ceiling, so you’ll have to park on the surrounding streets.

We’d definitely stay again. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with lots of hot and cold choices and delicious fresh coffee. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our large room had a TV, fridge and air conditioning. The beds were very comfortable, and the clean, well-equipped bathroom had a powerful hot shower. The hotel is right in the town centre. We paid extra for secure, covered parking, which gave us peace of mind leaving our bikes locked to the rack.

The room felt new and was spotless. The man at reception was friendly and really helpful.

We found it quiet in our room, which faced away from the street, and the modern room had working air conditioning. Cesar welcomed us warmly and gave a clear explanation of parking and the nearby shops. Getting into town took about 15 minutes on a mostly flat, scenic walk. We liked our stay and would recommend it to other travellers.
