The host and staff were always around and ready to help with anything I needed. Breakfast was delicious, and I enjoyed every bite. The apartment was very clean and well looked after, so I felt comfortable from the start. A wonderful stay, and I'd gladly come back.

A clean, quiet spot in a nice area to relax. It's about a 15 minute drive to Porto del Carmen, and a taxi costs between €13/€16. Breakfast was different each morning and really tasty.

We love having breakfast brought fresh to the apartment each morning. It's varied and delicious, and those views while eating are priceless. The staff are attentive and friendly, always checking that we're comfortable and have what we need. The common areas and pool are very well maintained, and the atmosphere is peaceful. This is our second stay at El Callao II Suites, which says a lot. The apartments are clean, comfortable, and well equipped, just right for relaxing and enjoying the island. If I had to mention a drawback, we've never been able to use the pool, and it only gets sun in the morning. Still, I'd highly recommend it for the comfort, great service, and relaxed setting. It's somewhere we'll want to return to.

A really kind host, quiet and peaceful surroundings, and local breakfasts. It's a good base for exploring the island.
