We wouldn’t choose this place again. The biggest issue for us was all the cats. This really is a cat kingdom, so be aware before booking, especially if you dislike cats or have allergies. They kept trying to get into the room, jumping onto the terrace, table and pool area. We couldn’t leave the French door open for fresh air without a cat ending up in the kitchen or bedroom. So annoying. The place also needs some upkeep. The sunbeds were old and dirty, we got just one small towel each for our 4-night stay, and the kitchen lacked basic items like knives. The pool was shared with other guests, despite being described as private on booking.com, so there was no privacy there. The location is good for exploring the island, though you definitely need a car, and the price was fine. The landlord replied quickly to our questions via whatsapps.

There were a lot of cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom, which made the stay unpleasant. Estefania was easy to reach and always quick to respond. The accommodation suited two people and was fairly well located. The kitchen had a moderate amount of equipment, the bed was comfortable, and a washing machine is shared among several accommodations, so you don’t need to pack for a single stay.

The location was quiet and decent, but the entrance was hard to find, with no sign or light by the path. There was no light inside the apartment either, so we had to use our phones. Tiny bugs were always on the table at our house, and we couldn’t leave food there. The toilet overflowed. The room was large, but there were no sheets, just a small bedspread. There was no daily cleaning. The air conditioning was on, but there was no remote and it wasn’t programmed.

The owners were wonderful, the pool was lovely and the apartment was perfect. We had a great holiday stay in this house in Lanzarote. It’s in a fantastic spot, about ten to fifteen minutes from everything. We’ll be back!
