I only stopped in for lunch. The daily menu lets you choose different dishes for each of the 3 courses. The food was great, the drinks were cold, and the atmosphere felt cosy and familiar. I felt welcome, and the service was quick and great. 👍

A busy local restaurant with plenty of support from local people. I arrived about an hour before closing and never felt rushed or pressured. The staff and food were faultless for me. If you’re stopping in Tineo on the Camino Primitivo, Bar Tineo is a must. Highly recommend a visit.

The owner didn’t seem to be in the best mood, but he treated us with respect and dignity. The food was great, with local dishes and wine to try, and the daily menu at 12 euros wasn’t a bad price. Worth experiencing for any pilgrim passing through Tineo. Buen Camino

The owner is such a warm, welcoming man. The rooms are clean, bright and quite nice, and you get a lot for what you pay. I’d strongly recommend this as a lovely alternative to an albergue. For two people, it’s essentially the same price, but you get breakfast and a private bathroom. Edit: we’ve now had dinner at the restaurant, and it was phenomenal. I’d strongly recommend eating here.
