Apartamentos Alcantara

It was lovely and cozy, and surprisingly quiet even though all Toledo's main sights are close by. I especially appreciated the coffee maker, coffee, tea, and kettle. I haven't found those in other apartments.

Marta is always attentive. The apartment is across from the cathedral and really quiet, despite being so well located. It's clean and spacious, though the toilet isn't!

We were surprised by how spacious it was, and we loved how well kept, clean, and tastefully decorated the place felt. We rested really comfortably during our Toledo visit. They'd even left coffee capsules, tea, and shampoo and soap kits. 10 out of 10.

The location is hard to beat, and the price was reasonable. We were in apartment number 5. At first it seemed great, but little by little we noticed things that took away from that impression. The layout is odd, with an underused space, while the sofa, TV, and wardrobe sit in the hallway. Both TV reception and Wi-Fi were poor. We were told they were working on a fix, though that problem doesn't seem to affect apartments closer to the ground floor. There isn't much natural light. Mornings are quite bright, but it gets too dim after dark. Water also leaks through the shower screen, so that needs checking. When you arrive, they direct you to parking, since driving into the city center isn't recommended.
