The location is the apartment’s main plus. It’s spacious, though not really suited to five people, and was fairly clean. But I wouldn’t recommend EPdMC because getting in was such a mess. I’d sent several messages before we arrived and got no reply. The entry code came at 3pm and didn’t work, so our family of five spent the next 50 minutes trying to figure it out, while the owner didn’t answer our calls or messages. The booking agency couldn’t reach them either. Nearly an hour later, the owner finally replied and asked why we were using last year’s code instead of the right one, without apologizing. We then spent another ten minutes going back and forth about it while our small children were desperate to get inside. Once we were in, that was it, no apology afterward either. It was cold at night. Heating is only through the air conditioning, which doesn’t really heat the place, and the warmth stops as soon as you turn it off. You’re left wondering when the units were last serviced, and the signs of mold on the sitting room ceiling didn’t help. There’s no lift, so anyone with mobility issues or heavy bags is simply unlucky. If you’re staying just one night and happen to get a working code, you might be fine. Otherwise, try somewhere else.
