Room 11 was wonderful. It has a closed balcony with an oriel window, plus another window with wrought iron in the bathroom area. The king bed was very comfortable, and the walk-in shower was great. The sink is separate from the toilet, bidet and shower. There's also a small fridge, air conditioning and a fan. Breakfast was very good, with a buffet of meat, cheese, rolls and yogurt, and eggs available to order from the menu. The restaurant and bar stay open late. The hotel is ideally placed just off the main plaza in the middle of the old town.

The location is hard to beat, near the heart of the city but on a quiet street. Staff were friendly during my stay and even helped beforehand by suggesting the best parking. Breakfast was small but good. Fresh bread would be the one thing I'd suggest improving. Still, a great stay and I'd fully recommend it.

A lovely boutique hotel in the best spot, close to everything, including the bus to the train station. The room was clean, spacious and very quiet, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay again.

A brilliant boutique hotel with lots to offer: a restaurant, bar and open space. The staff were good, and the food and drinks were reasonably priced. My only negative was that the balcony windows could be better soundproofed. Highly recommend it.

Compared with the four-star hotel I’d stayed in the night before, this felt like a three-star place. That difference made the price hard to accept. The other hotel had things like a towel warmer, separate bidet and complimentary bath salts, while here there was only a standing shower. My room wasn’t ready until an hour after the promised 2 pm check-in. I waited in the courtyard, but nobody offered even water while the restaurant was serving lunch. In the room, there were no robes, slippers, minibar, coffee setup or welcome snack, just two plastic water bottles in a noisy mini-fridge. The TV couldn’t use Netflix or Prime Video, and screencasting wasn’t available either. I left annoyed by what I got for the price.
