We had a great stopover here, and parking at the hotel was convenient. Our room was very spacious, with both a shower and a bathtub, and the city center was only a few minutes away on foot. We brought our dog, and they had a lovely setup waiting, including a bed, bowl, and poop bags.

The room was spotless and spacious, and breakfast was both tasty and plentiful. The hotel is right opposite the bullring, with a good spot for people watching at the bar next door and for wandering around town. We were only stopping over this time, but we'll be back to explore more.

Our room was in the basement and had a general musty smell. The furniture was dated, chipped, and stained, and the TV had about four channels with no Netflix or Prime access. BA sold this to us as a four-star stay under a different name, Hesperia, which it had five years ago. We prepaid through BA. I gave it two stars, and even that feels generous. The one good thing was the 15-minute walk to town. A disappointing end to an otherwise great time in Spain, and I wouldn't stay here again.

Pets are very welcome here, and they even get little presents. The rooms are big and comfortable, breakfast was very good, and the old town is nearby.

We picked this hotel because parking nearby seemed easy, and that part worked out. The beds were only OK, though, and the mattresses felt old enough that I could feel the springs. The rooms were acceptable, service wasn't especially lively, and breakfast was fine but no more than that. For a four-star place, it felt average. We'll try somewhere else next time in Toledo, there's no shortage of hotels around.
