I can’t comment on the rooms or service because I never stayed. I asked whether I could bring my two-kilo dog, but they didn’t reply until after I’d booked. I cancelled three days before the date and was charged €55. I contacted them, but they wouldn’t hear me out. They’ve shown no shame or compassion.

Really clean and comfortable, and good value for a hostel. And yes, I was the one with the phone. It turned up on the nightstand after all. Sorry for the hassle 😅

It’s good value, and I felt comfortable while I was here. There was no noise or disturbance. Just bear in mind it isn’t a hotel, so you can’t expect hotel amenities.

We had two rooms and two children with us, and none of us got any sleep during our stay from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. A drunk man in the next room spent from 11:30 PM until 2:00 AM in the hallway, shouting and playing loud music. I had to call the local police. After the receptionist came up and told him to leave his room, he went for a walk, but he didn’t leave. He came back at 5:30 AM and started shouting and blasting music in the hall again. I called reception, and they came with the Civil Guard to remove him. They got him out of the room at 7:00 AM. He left the hostel with the Civil Guard and the owner escorting him, and the owner refunded him in full for the two nights he’d stayed. When we asked for our two rooms to be refunded, they refused because we had used them. It was the worst night of our lives. We hated every minute of it. Exceptional customer service.
