Best holiday I've ever had.

Raphael, the host, gave us a warm welcome. The location was excellent for reaching the beach, promenade, and shops, and the bed was okay. For the price, the quality felt fair, so I rate it a 6. We stayed for 10 nights, from January 26, 2026, to February 5, 2026, as two people. The apartment felt dated and needs a major update. The sofa and chairs were old and sagging, and wouldn't suit people over 60. It also wasn't comfortable for a winter visit. The TV wasn't smart and only had Spanish channels, so streaming wasn't an option. There was very little cutlery. I was also unhappy that the host or cleaner came into the apartment while we were out. In my view, this place is better suited to spring, summer, or autumn.

The pool and outdoor spaces were kept in great shape, and the rooms and facilities were very clean. The hotel is well situated near the beach, and the entertainment was really entertaining. The buffet was the one letdown, particularly at lunch, where the selection was sometimes limited. Everything else was great. We'll come back.

Parking costs quite a lot, so I don't understand why it's listed as free. The hotel also seems short-staffed across the board, including housekeeping and the waiters. They can't keep up with the number of guests, and service suffers. The entertainment team is lovely and very friendly with guests. The waiters are charming too. I remember David especially fondly, he always serves with a smile and knows the guests well.
