Holiday Studio by Meatina

The studio was modern, spotless, and had all the amenities I needed. It’s also well placed for walking to the beach and a wide choice of restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay. Thanks to our host!

We were comfortable here by the sea, with lots of care put into the details. The apartment felt new and was nicely finished, and it’s very close to both the beach and plenty of restaurants. We had a perfect stay and would recommend it.

The apartment was clean, looked just like the photos, and had been recently renovated. There was useful information with recommendations for places to eat and visit. It’s close to the beach and to a square with several restaurants, and the owner was friendly and available if we needed her. We stayed for a week, but the pool was being built when we arrived. The owner let us use the one in the neighboring complex and kindly sorted out a problem we had with the key card. Still, we would have preferred to use the apartment’s own pool, and there was no notice anywhere that it would be unavailable. Since it’s right below the apartment, the construction started making noise early in the morning and kept us from getting the rest we wanted. The air conditioning unit sits on the terrace, where it makes noise and gives off heat. It didn’t cool properly either, and its water drained into a bucket that kept filling up and needed to be emptied. Those downsides are why I’m giving it 3 stars.

Nothing was confirmed in writing. I called the owner and she said the apartment was free for a weekend. When I later messaged to pay, she said she’d already booked it to other clients for a week and couldn’t rent it to me.
