The staff were very friendly and helped with any questions. Even after we checked out, they replied promptly and offered help with everything. The hotel is in the heart of torremolinos, close to the beach and all the clubs and restaurants. 10/10, I'll come back next year!

I'm grateful they had a room during an emergency, but otherwise I would never book there again. The room was dirty, and we had to ask for clean sheets and put them on ourselves. Breakfast was included, but it was just toast, butter, jam, tiny muffins, and coffee. There was nobody to attend to us or really clean up after previous guests. The bar had only 4 stools, so no more than four people could sit there at once. The staff were friendly, though. They even helped by printing boarding tickets the next morning.

I booked a room for my friend for one night. They booked it in time, but at 2:00 the hotel wouldn't let him check in, and they didn't even open the door. They caused him a lot of trouble. This isn't a good hotel, and I would ask everyone not to book it.

Everything worked, and it was central but not noisy. There was space to park my motorbike outside, and the pedestrian precinct's main drag was close by. The place looks nice from outside; inside it's clean and basic, but a bit dull.
