My daughter was very sick on the second day of our all-inclusive stay, and I suspect the rice she ate may have caused it. She was vomiting all night and spent the next day in bed. Medication and hydralytes from a local pharmacy helped her recover gradually. After coming home, I found several similar reviews mentioning sickness and diarrhoea, which leaves me worried about a possible food hygiene problem that needs urgent attention. I dread to think how this might affect a young child, an older person, or someone with health problems. We stayed from 26th to 30th October. Aside from that incident, the hotel was lovely, with friendly, helpful staff and a great sea view from our room. We ate out for the rest of the stay, and nearby restaurants and supermarkets made that easy. It’s a shame, as the place has potential, and I hope management looks into its food safety.

The location worked well, but the food needs a lot of improvement. Meals were often lukewarm, bland, or not properly cooked, and there wasn’t much variety. Dinner at €25 per adult and €20 per child felt expensive for the limited choice, especially with drinks not included. I’d seen complaints about the food before booking and decided to try the hotel anyway. I probably shouldn’t have. The building is old, and the area to its right doesn’t look very appealing. The hotel is clean, though the rooms are small. The bathroom setup is awkward too, since there’s no proper shower tub and water runs across the floor toward the toilet.

My wife’s makeup and some other personal belongings disappeared from our room. We reported it straight away, but management showed little concern and didn’t offer a real solution. Their response felt shockingly unprofessional. The food was another major problem. I got food poisoning after eating at the hotel restaurant, and the meals overall were bland, very poor quality, and nowhere near what was advertised. Service was awful throughout our stay, with staff unhelpful and dismissive enough to make us feel like a nuisance. This completely spoiled what should have been a relaxing trip. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I found the experience unacceptable and wouldn’t recommend the hotel.

The only thing I really liked was the view. The room looked carelessly prepared when we arrived, with dust, dirty mirrors and black hair on the floor. I asked reception to clean and vacuum it the next day, but it still wasn’t done. No one cleaned the floors during our five days there, either. There was no minibar. Breakfast was identical every day, with no choice, and dinner cost €25 per person without drinks. We didn’t enjoy the food and wouldn’t return. The pool cocktails were €15 each and terrible. I’d give the hotel two stars.

The rooms were clean and the pool area was good, and reception staff were helpful when we needed to change rooms. We’d been put in a family room with only a door separating us from the next room, so it was extremely noisy. We could even hear the neighbours using the toilet. We moved out at 10am and couldn’t get into the new room until 3pm, which restricted our first day. The dining area seemed badly understaffed, with just two or three workers serving more than 100 people. Dirty plates stayed on tables for over an hour, and we only got to order drinks on the one night we ate there. On the other nights, staff were overwhelmed with orders and clearing up. My husband and I stayed for five nights in October. We’d read reviews about food poisoning but didn’t take them seriously. On our last night, we both got food poisoning, which made the holiday miserable and the flight home very difficult. We’d never had it at a hotel before, and came home more unwell and tired than when we left. The hotel looks modern and has potential, and the staff were doing their best, but we wouldn’t return or recommend it after what happened.
