MalagaSuite Sun&Sea Beach

We enjoyed exploring a different part of the city and made it down to the beach a few times. Our new apartment was clean, cozy and small, like the one we’d stayed in the year before, and it looked freshly painted. We’d wanted to return, but left it too late to book the whole month through Booking.com. I called the owner directly, and he offered us this other place in Torremolinos, right in the center but quieter, and sent photos before we accepted. The beach was close, about five minutes down the stairs from the center at most. In the evenings there were concerts in Plaza de la Nogalera, and Calle San Miguel had a great atmosphere, with shops, restaurants and ice cream parlors.

We liked the pool, but the rest of the apartment fell short, especially for the price. The TV was broken when we arrived, and they neither replaced it nor offered a solution while we were there. The sofa was in poor shape, with a cloth placed over it as if to hide that. One side of the bed sagged, and it was so close to the windows that we heard a lot of traffic from the highway at night. I expected better quality.

We loved staying here for 8 days and would try to book it again for a few days on our next vacation. Booking directly with the owner got us a great price, while nearby hotels cost more than double. The apartment is brand new, comfortable and spotless when you arrive, with everything you might need for a vacation. And it’s right next to the beach.

We really liked how close the apartment is to the beach, and it was clean and new, with a comfortable bed and sofa. The sofa opened into two separate beds, so the girls slept really well. There’s a little terrace for sitting in the sun with a coffee, and the Wi-Fi was fast. I’d highly recommend it.
